Jackie Ruddy is one of those business professionals with whom everyone feels comfortable when they meet her. This is what I tried to represent in when I approached this location photo shoot. A challenging weather pattern presented a few difficulties with exposures and reflectors blowing away but my patient assistant Victoria stayed right with us to keep us on track and capturing the right look.

We started out to show a cityscape in the background and those shots were very good but ended up with this shot actually taken after the session was over and I sneaked it in while we talked. This is what I call my ‘Columbo’ approach named for the old 70’s detective show starring Peter Falk. He always got the best leads after the suspect thought he was done questioning!
