After receiving a referral from my friend and colleague Rob to photograph a seminar sponsored by the American Dairy Association and Dairy Council at Marywood University I was more than willing to accommodate them to cover this assignment involving speaker Abigail Copenhaver.
Mrs. Copenhaver is a very accomplished dietitian and dairy farmer making her uniquely qualified to provide insights on these two very important aspects of our everyday lives which are often overlooked as insignificant until you realize how they affect us and our children in so many ways every day.
I really enjoyed this assignment and admire the contributions farmers make to our existence in this world. We can’t do without them!
