Back in 2014, we had the pleasure of photographing Erin and Todd’s fabulous May wedding. I shared on this blog back then how much we enjoyed not only the day itself, because it was just about the ideal weather and setting but most of all how great the people were. We all had profound changes in our lives since then including this wonderful couple. Everyone experiences loss in their lives which seem devastating at the time and may affect us for the rest of our lives. Only a strong belief system can help overcome these losses but sometimes we are given a gift so beautiful and perfect that it can only reassure us that someone much bigger is up there making sure we have the encouragement to not only survive but find a new joy that eclipses anything we have experienced before. Children are probably one of the best, if not the best example of that gift. Love.
